Stratford

Landscout has acquired an interest in a 20 acre residential development parcel within northwest Stratford. Stratford boasts a strong employment sector and is home to the University of Waterloo Stratford School of Interaction Design and Business and the Stratford Campus of Conestoga College. It is the birthplace of the renowned Stratford Festival, which draws one to two million tourists to the city annually. Stratford is also the hometown of Justin Bieber, who is known to come back regularly to visit old friends.
