Andrew Eldebs, P.Eng. - President
Andrew is a Professional Engineer with over 10 years of experience in residential land development across Ontario.
His experience includes land acquisition and due diligence, planning and engineering approvals, development finance, municipal negotiations, servicing, construction, cost sharing, landowner group representation and overall project management.
Before founding Landscout Investments, Andrew worked with established Ontario homebuilders and developers, including Cachet Homes, Mattamy Homes and Branthaven Homes. Through Landscout, he now works directly with clients and project teams to provide experienced development management and strategic oversight.
