Andrew Eldebs, P.Eng.
President
Andrew is a Professional Engineer with over 10 years of experience in residential land development in Ontario.
His experience includes land acquisitions and due diligence, planning approvals, engineering, development finance, municipal negotiations, servicing, construction, landowner group representation, and overall project management.
Prior to founding Landscout Investments, Andrew worked with established Ontario homebuilders and developers, including Cachet Homes, Mattamy Homes, and Branthaven Homes.
Through Landscout, Andrew works directly with clients and project teams to provide experienced development management and strategic oversight.
