Landscout has acquired a 1.1-acre infill residential development parcel in Dunnville, Haldimand County. The site is located at 444 Tamarac St, within walking distance of downtown Dunnville. The development is expected to yield 9 low density units comprised of single detached and semi-detached product. The site is currently undergoing a re-zoning and draft plan of subdivision application lead by Landscout. Dunnville is located only 30 minutes from Binbrook (Hamilton) and only 6 kilometres from Lake Erie .

Haldimand County boasts a strong employment sector, with large employers such as Stelco and Imperial Oil. Being located along the Grand River, it is home to some of the best river fishing in Canada. Dunnville is also home to the world’s largest mudcat statue, “Muddy the Mudcat”.
