Binbrook

Landscout Investments has been engaged to provide asset management services for a large-scale development in Binbrook (Hamilton), Ontario. The project will contain approximately 530 low-rise units, consisting of single detached and townhouse product, in addition to a school, park, stormwater management pond, and a commercial/mixed-use block.

Landscout will play a key role in the management of detailed engineering design of internal and external infrastructure, and subdivision registration. Landscout will also provide support throughout subdivision grading and servicing.
